Unlike other products which knock me out and then make me feel rough when I wake up, hibern8 tends to ease me into a sleepy state. Sleep quality is better, i can wake up easier and in a better mood. The cans are also easier to consume on the go after training which is great

Personally speaking, Hibern8 is the best sleep product I have used to date. I have found that with previous products I have used (from different brands) that I don’t really feel any benefit to sleep quality, I wake up feeling groggy or they just don’t taste very nice.
With hibern8 I feel like my sleep quality is significantly better, no grogginess when I wake and the taste of both the lemon & ginger, and blackcurrant are great.

Being a life long tinnitus sufferer I struggle to get a good nights sleep, I am always looking for things that may help. I came across Hibern8 and decided it may help. Firstly it arrived promptly and the product is smart and has all the information you need. I have been monitoring my sleep pattern on my Apple Watch and although it is early days, I have seen better sleep patterns and feel more alert in the morning. The tinnitus does still cause me to wake but with some better quality sleep, it can only be good. I am going to trial this for a whole month and see where I am. There is no harmful addictives, just vitamins. Mixes well and the lemon and ginger flavour is great.
Had a blackcurrant sachet after a game and it helped me drift off to sleep much faster. I normally struggle to sleep after a game so this helped massively. Tastes nice and the made my sleep quality much better
